5 layer Mexican dip with fresh tortilla chips (non gmo), chile rellenos beans and rice, shots of tequila and Mexican beer. Feel a huge belch coming on. Life is good. Cheers!

Pineapple was introduced to Hawaii by the Spanish from South America. According to the wiki.oettinger wrote:Does pineapple grow on hawaii?Lush City wrote:Hawaiian Bar-b-Q.
I had a friend who was of partial Hawaiian native anncestary (on one parent's side.) He thought that it was hilariously racist that anything with ham/pork and pineapple was called "Hawaiian" by Haoles.
It's a good combo, though.
In fact, pork takes very well to fruit. I had a peach-glazed porkchop at some ritzy restaurnatn downtown.

Try it grilled with sesame and sweet-sour-sauce. Tequila or rum to pour it down. Canard also works wonders with thisfrankennietzsche wrote:In fact, pork takes very well to fruit. I had a peach-glazed porkchop at some ritzy restaurnatn downtown.

It's time for a drunkard cuisine thread. Best dishes for a drunken palate.

I boiled up some pinto beans then mashed em up n fried them in bacon fat with garlic n onions. Fixed up some homemade tortillas, roasted n peeled a coupla chilies, boiled a bit of rice n chowed down. Labor intensive but worth it! Good with beer.

I swear to god I'll make pickled eggs this week. I shall then eat them. The ones in bars sit about too long and are rubbery

Beef stroganoff.
There's a jigger of vodka in the sauce. I'm wasching it down with more vodka, and pickled things like green beans, zuchinni and cucumbers. Also more vodka.
