Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated. I'm still standing at the rail of the great bar of life. The barkeep is still setting 'em up and I'm knocking them down. I'll do better to stay logged in, but as we enter the cold, cold clutches of winter here in the mid-west, the best I may be able to do is a short trip down to see Smatter. A few bourbons, stare at a hole in the pond for a few hours and stack some bluegills or perch across the shanty floor, maybe a game of euchre or two.

That would be living in high cotton.

Hello old friends! Still alive! My recent adventures have seen me traveling to TN to make a booze soaked CD of spoken word with my buddy Eddie, a stint up in MT where I landed in the hospital couple times, once they thought it was for kidney failure but no, but it was only a mistake by IHS (Indian Health Service)! So as a result of all that, it is only beer these days. i had a good adventure along the left coast on the way bk to the rez at Mescalero, where I currently am. Finished ms. for book of poems n stories to go with the CD, and done a ton of artwork , including stuff for CD design n book. There r a few good Mescalero drinking stories I got down lol. So tonite i cheers u all with but a cold beer, and thank u for remembering this poor ndn lmao! btw who does facebook on here? I discovered it's great for keeping in touch!
