Personally pretty much anything but the generic shit for pop on radio works for me.

Booze ups even mediocre song in right context to awesome.

I knew that Alice Cooper was a dirty quitter but Keith Richards still begged the right question.

Another fuckno moment in my multi-million-cents listening career Roxette - Fading like a vodka lemon.
Kate Bush, yes I stand by this.
Michael Jackson, hand me another one, these seem to punch my liver nicely
Roxette, I`m either really drunk or way off in my path of life...

Reminds me of passing out with music running and waking up hungover unable to get out of bed but listening to the same album seven times straight gives me the power to do

These "classics" I can`t stand one bit:
U2
Pink Floyd
The Doors
Edit: Phil Collins

there`s stuff like Simply Red and Smashing Pumpkins but they are not worth mentioning, they suck that badly and aren`t well known classics anyway.

A tier below but still sound strange to me (as in: I like some songs but the whole thing is irritating me):
Oasis
Stones
Lynyrd Skynyrd

lots more I forgot.
Help me out with yours

i like this video (been drinking jw red), esp. when he flies into the crowd using oldschool stage tech. WOAAAAOOOH!!

i used to work at a grocery store, and i remember one of the night stockers listening to his own music (the bon jovi track), and screaming, "Waooooooooh!!" each time. i guess you do what it takes to stay motivated to stock at the required pace.

Lenny Kravitz. My liver ain't getting along with his music. Disagree about Roxette though. It gives me slight philosophical boner.

3-4 drinks and you'll be so relaxed you'll ooze down between the couch cushions and pass into sweet dream filled oblivion...

This one makes my ears itch. Combine Thievery Corp with a whiny guy and some sitars?

I think I found a nickel in them cushions.

How about this classical edition of a nasty tune to not hear when you drink?

Perhaps if you boozed to Arms of the Angel by Sarah Mclaclahan your landlord would hate you. Because he'd have to clean your brains off the wall before he rented your room out to the next tenant.
