I barely can remember drinking with people in physical nature other than "her" of course... Does skype count? Should I go out some day again I need to be very rich, not because I want to brag about my intake but I drink that much just by default and just can`t afford pubs. Also this smoking outside stuff kills every good vibe going!!!!!
Last time I was invited to a party you ask? Hmmm... must`ve been very drunk. Like in winter or so?!

Drinking at home for me is drinking hard. Passing out. Waking out in random places that aren't used for sleeping in other occasions. Once i woke up in an empty bathtub. And believe me - one can't feel good after sleeping there. And like brandonman said - the art of drinking alone is getting lost... All those damn ugly hipster using booze to get laid(raped)... I love good scotch while watching a good movie (porn included).

Couldn't agree more, especially on the strange sleeping positions.
And I too find I end up drinking to blackout and passout a hell of a lot more alone.

hah, i only drink at houses, with small groups of people or by myself, or on a skype chat. i like it,no worrying about getting home, or public intoxication, and if it isn't my house the drinks are free.

I hit my bed every time, no matter how black the blackout. A couple of years back when I was a little too overweight I broke it though, that was uncomfortable drunken sleep.

TYPICALLY I make the bed. I've had nights on the living room floor, in the computer chair, or on the couch. Think I had one on the kitchen floor once, but not sure

Drinking at home with your loved ones is great.

Drinking at home with your Gf ruining your weekend is not so great.

I enjoy drinking at home just as much as drinking out. Big plusses are it's much cheaper, I can eat when I want, I can go to bed when I want (or not), I can drink fancy booze that doesn't appear when out.

My favourite is drinking parties at home, with not too many people, just enough to keep the conversation from getting too dull.

Saying that, there is nothing quite like drunken adventuring, heading out in a small fragile band, to take on the world and more

The cost part is incredible. Whould I drink in bars what I gulp down during a weekend it would cost me a fortune. Smoking inside is also a big plus. Eating, sure, also see cost factor, until you order shit....
You are the DJ.
And finally you can switch on skype to have some guests but you won`t have to clean up their mess. The sound quality isn`t that much better in real person when you are drunk enough.

I love drinking at home. The bourbon and beers are cheap. In the trailer park where I live almost everyone drinks at home(there home or the neighbors) It is not uncommon to step out for a smoke and end up doing some shots or beers at the neighbors front porch bar.

You really doing it old school. Good for you! And 8track... What a sound... You can't compare it to digital quality.

Home drinker here aswell, large bottle of cider for £1.50 compared to £3.60 for a pint at the pub, it's a no-brainer. No chucking out time, smoke where and when I want, listen to my own music, and have random conversations over FB or online chatrooms.
