Your answers will be keenly anticipated. Especially those that that contain recipes of the "Tastes So Good When You Are Hammered" variety. After all, all Modern Drunkardists have at least one recipe, that they can use to make a superb plate of food, whilst completely hammered.

#11 Pasta, any kind. I order it too often when drunk.


But a recipe? Here we go:
I call it the leftover pasta: Cook what ever pasta is left in your place. Put fat in a steaming roasting pan, add pasta and as much cheese that is left if not more, garlic, mushrooms (optional), onions and so on. Whatever you find that is not sweet (if you are rich enough ham n eggs should go in).
Have dinner and drink on.
The best is eating the again-solid cheese on a hungover morning, breakfast of champions, flush down with a monday morning left over drink. Smoke cigs, hit bathroom, go to work.

I've found that if I eat Steak or Pasta BEFORE drinking, I puke while drinking, which doesn't happen often.

This weekend I've been rather skippy on the eating part, but I suppose needs must when the manatees avalanche you.

Anything creole or Cajun. Jambalaya for supper and gumbo in da mornin to help a headache. Lots a crusty baguette. Turtle soup an oyster on the half shell if not sick hungover. Eggs hussarde or grits n grillades good hangover food too. Hard to beat jambalaya, a po boy, or raw oyster for drinking fare.
