The sour homebrew I'm drinking at the moment is Coopers bitter. I was hoping it would age well, then I discovered a leak around the tap. It tastes interesting and I haven't been sick yet so that's a win in my books.

I did a stout kit once and it was lacklustre. Can't remember if it was Coopers or not. They are by far the biggest homebrew brand in the UK

Sunday is the worst goddamn day of them all. Beers early is the only way to go but, forgive my pessimism, there's no way out. Too drunk equals hellish and potentially catastrophic Monday, too undrunk equals a day of depression and foreboding that reminds of a trip to the gallows

Yeah, like you geniuses are telling us something new about turning the clock back? Of course it's an extra hour of drinking to make up for the hour they take away in the Spring.

You stiffs that don't appreciate Sundays are still slaves of the corporate banking monarchy that has you hustling for dollars. Those that have gotten beyond that appreciate the uniqueness of Sunday when drinking at public houses. It's a day of drunken rest and recuperation from Saturday nite. It should be a Duesy tomorrow (meaning Duesenburg coupes: doozy) following Halloween Saturday nite.
