It appears our prayers and cheers are working for our dear Padraig. Keep it up, gang! He truly is the hub which allows the rest of us spokes to keep on rollin' in this wheel. God bless and Godspeed, dear Padraig!

Sweet weeping Jesus. I’m starting to dread checking in here on you fine folk. Good news is he seems to be doing better and I can go back to my regularly scheduled drinking.

I just emailed Alex since it's been nearly a week since our last update. I will let you guys know when I wake up from the inevitable hangover tomorrow. This final drink is for Palinka.

Patrick now shows long periods of consciousness and could give Alex a thumbs up during his last visit.
Keep on hoping strong and raising glasses to his speedy recovery.
Cheers drunkards, cheers!

Can do. But my bank account is looking grim and my urine is working it's way through the rainbow as my liver liquefies...

It's for a good cause though...

Oh thank God! Looks like our dear Padraig can't bear to leave us! Please continue to pray for and raise a glass to the good health of our cherished friend and fellow Modern Drunkard, all.

Working my own way through a recent illness, nowhere near serious... Just annoying.

I'm a bum, I don't read the announcements for the same reason I don't read stickies....I've seen them all before and there's nothing new. this was wrong and I feel a fool

An excellent man but I wont be penning any obituaries yet, the backbone of our community through thick and thin and a dedicated crusader for the drunkard cause.

it may be a long recovery but lets hope he drank the reaper under the table and is on his way back to the fold :)

You have my thoughts P and family, keep up the fight man!

Well at the end of my vacation, when everything else went wrong once I got back, I'm glad at least this issue seems to be going much more optimistic. I was checking for updates in this thread the whole time and I'm still praying/giving good vibes/pulling for him here.
