Drinking various pale ales and pilsners with shots of Buffalo Trace whiskey. All the while sucking on one of my trusty Savinelli briar pipes with Balkan blend tobacco. That means lots of Latakia Turkish black leaf tobacco along with Virginia and burley. Sweet!

Latakia tobacco comes from Syria and Turkey originally but the seeds have spread everywhere so there is plenty produced even if Syria and Turkey are bombed into the stone age. It goes with just about any type of booze. It's best when blended with burley and virginia to sweeten it up.

I consider Latakia to be the strongest argument for a divine creator. That smokiness! Paired with a good peaty scotch cannot be beaten. I read that they now do Latakia cigars. Not too sure what I think about that. Could be interesting I suppose.

Galloise are on of my favourites. Suppose I did grow up around horse. Best paired with cheap lager of cheaper red wine
