Blackout Curtains

Post by Professor Roomie » Sun Mar 13, 2016 11:36 am

I work second shift, so I finally got around to installing blackout curtains yesterday. I then proceeded to get blackout drunk. No idea what time I passed out, but I slept until noon and found my pants in the living room. Apparently the curtains work.
"You people terrify me. You're like some sort of Unholy Trinity of drunken viking maniacs." - Nil

"You know, I'm surprised that someone who looks like the aging love child of Big Bird and Snuffaluffagus would bring physical appearance into this." - Oggar

It dulls pain, makes the sun shine brighter, and makes boring people more interesting.

This is how we used to do it back in the day. To make things difficult for the Jerries navigators.

Now I better pour myself a strong drink and get into my Morrison shelter before Oettinger sees that he has run out of vodka.
Major Strasser: What is your nationality?
Rick: I'm a drunkard.
Captain Renault: That makes Rick a citizen of the world.

Does it count if they're old grandma curtains, with frilly window treatments?
