Junk-food. Hurts you more then anything else.
If not: Potatoes in the skin with some garlic-curd doesn`t mess your place up that badly and fills your drunken stomach pretty well.
This thread should fit right in here

Say... what's a garlic curd?

I dig taters big time. Mashed, fried, baked...fuck, I've eaten them raw before(damn munchie weed). Probably will have mashed taters with leftover pot roast tonight.

Cheers!

You know that tzaziki is made with jogurt? Right? Right. This stuff is thicker and you squeeze a garlic glove in there. Add chive when in a fancy mood and voi la.

What the fuck is tzaziki or jogurt?

I get that yer garlic glove is a garlic clove and chive is what we call the green parts of a green onion. More important: Is this curd a liquid like a queso or is it fried off its tits like a cheeze tot?

This is getting complicated.
Lets top it with sour-cream, yummy, and call it a great meal.

tzatziki is a Greek invention, a mix of yoghurt, mint, cucumber, garlic and other herbs, used as a topping, dressing or side dish, usually with meat

That tzatziki sauce is good when you use sour cream, fresh minced cukes (no seeds) and dill, with lime juice in it. On. Top. Of. Salmon. Hell yes.

Baked camembert is a great drunky meal. Side dish is sour cream filled green chillies, vodka and cigarettes.
Always good to pause for a brief drink and smoke inbetween some of these nasty fatbombers

you know what's also tasty?

A block of feta cheese, heated in a ramekin in a hot oven until is holds its form but becomes melty, gooey cheese like the salty bastard that it is, doused with dark green olive oil, and dipped with crusty bread.

Had this at the Fiddlehead Restaurant in Bangor two years ago.

Damn. salt will kill me

Never tried it yet, but this brings up a great idea: A cheese-only casserole.

With bacon for the salty taste.

Hmmm...

Maybe a salt cake with cheese and crackers for a crust. Now we're cooking!
