That reminds me of my high school years when my friends and I would throw a case or two down in the snow outside the sauna. We'd run out periodically to grab fresh cold beers, maybe roll around in the snow, and then run back into the hot steam of the sauna.

Nothing finer. Double Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels in Baltimore? You needed scissors to stop the pour, huh.

I got me a new target. Tasty I bet

You say "day drinking" like it's something seasonal.

April 3rd and we're forecast 6-8 inches of snow by tonight, then it's going to start howling wind and freezing your pubes worse than Point Barrow. It's like a bad April fools joke that'll last all week until the high temperatures finally get back up into 50s where they're supposed to be.

Snow day? Snow week, by Bacchus! When mother nature is being a total bitch, the only recourse is to ignore her nagging by the time tested method of heavy drinking. 'Tis better to celebrate the last throes of winter with snow bongs and chilled booze.

I'd be happier if I had a sauna. I'd put a case of beer in the snow bank, stoke up the sauna, get rosy red, and then roll around in the snow every time I needed a fresh beer.

Instead, I pulled on my boots, shrugged on my jacket, and went outside to shovel off the sidewalk. Meanwhile, my beer went flat waiting for me to return.

When I get the extra scratch and leftover tile from various jobs together, I plan on building a steam room which will contain a chilled, insulated beverage service unit.
