Genesee Brewhouse Sampler 12 Pack

Post by scream ale »

Recently picked up this new mixed pack which features 3 variations of the classic Cream Ale: Imperial Cream Ale, Dry Hopped Mosaic and Orange Honey Cream Ale. The Imperial was like the original on steroids flavor wise, nice rich color and weighed in at 7% alcohol. This was my favorite of The bunch. The Dry Hopped Mosaic was very good. It looked and tastes like a top notch IPA and had 6.4% alcohol. And lastly the Orange Honey-the absolute worst of the lot. It has 6% alcohol making it the weaker of the three however all the booze in the world doesn't change the fact that this crap tastes like an orange pixie stick. Yes it tastes like fucking candy. The box even makes a claim that Genesee is bringing it back "by popular demand". This is either an out and out lie or a very sad fact. However this is a really good mixed pack overall and worth checking out if you are in the Rochester N.Y. area.

Still working my way through these compiled beer threads.

This is just a place saver so I don't start new threads. I'll just dump new beers in here.

Huh? You're supposed to drink them.
Don't worry. We're in no hurry.

It helps mask the fart odor that clings to me naturally. So instead of eveyone I pass saying "Goddamn! Something crawled up that guy's ass and died!" They say "Goddamn! That guy smells like a brewery!" It's much nicer.
