Welcome aboard ArmLegHandWhat!

Remember.

Post drunk.
Post often.
Post drunk often.

Enjoy our little slice of Heaven.

I would like to know if the Bloody Mary lived up to the garnishes? I've had them where they spent so much time on dressing it up they forgot to make a great Bloody. Some shitty store bought mix and vodka. So disappointing. Like the carpet not matching the drapes.

I'm that guy who likes to sit off to the side and enjoy my drink alone. Never one for much conversation (good or bad), I'll say a friendly word or two if cornered however, perhaps more if I drink enough lol.

Gin and tonics
Kentucky bourbons neat
Blood Mary's
Manhattans
Mimosas
Dirty Martinis
Light beer

As for that beautiful tasty overloaded catastrophe, I ate every bit of it

Welcome Fellow Drunkard! I love Bloody Mary's and Dirty Martini's as well. It's a real treat for me as I usually only get them at bars. Too lazy to make them myself at home. BTW...It's a good thing there's a cucumber in that Bloody Mary. Otherwise it may have been considered unhealthy.
Something's got to be done. We can't go on like this.
I must have some booze. I demand to have some booze!- Withnail

Hi! I'm Reverend Jesus. After a stellar drinking career in Korea, Germany, Iraq, and most of the contiguous US, I left the Drunks' Club (a/k/a: the US Military) with three ambitions: a job with no heavy lifting, long hair, and copious consumption of recreational cannabis. Fortunately, living in Seattle is conducive to all three of these, and now I find myself sitting pretty as the IT dude for a local branch of a nationwide liquor distributor (best job ever, by the way -- "thank for helping me with that computer issue" usually comes with a bottle of wine, whiskey, or Jägermeister).

That's quite a list of credentials there Rev. Most notable for me are the Hack Master Game Master and the Dudeist Priest. I'm a Gamer and a Dudeist Priest my ownself.

Thanks! TBH, I think my most qualifying credential -- for this crowd, anyway -- would be the Public Intox charge I got in Frankfurt (do you know how drunk you have to be before they pick you off the street in Germany‽)

I've never been there myself, but my brother Bubblez, was while in the Air Force. Germany I mean. The middle son was at Ramstein for a bit. Shoulda got over there then. Ah well. I can always visit Oett and Donald J. Drunk someday.

In short I've heard stories. So yeah you'd have to be pretty throttled.

That thing, which some would call a "bloody marry" could uplift Jesus given there's enough Vodka in there (which there was)
Yeah, dimestore bloody marry mixes rarely pan out well, luckily this thing was handcrafted.

Happy Holiday!

Welcome to you two new Modern Drunkards.
Well met indeed.

You've discovered a safe cove from the stormy ocean of DRY tears; rain that falls from those who don't know how to enjoy themselves. They simply want everyone else to feel as poorly as they appear to do.

Never mind that.

I'll take shot of whatever is your choice from the old rule: Newcomers buy the first round.

Drink!
