On the bright side, aside from the fact that I have to pop in to grab the old paycheck tomorrow, I'm done with that shithole til Monday.

we have just been given security clearance at my job for some staff to work from home....it's fucking amazing. I've been working for 5 hours and thus getting paid to sit here and drink beer...I mean I have had to do some work. I may get in some shit on Monday as I have cancelled a lot of peoples debt. god rest ye merry gentlemen and all that shit. I've just ordered pizza and i'm gonna make a rum and coke.....god dammit these people need their debt recorded as revenue loss.

AD cooked some delicious mexican food. Enough for tomorrow even. I was getting drunk watching car crashes on youtube in the meantime. Fucking perfect

*Made delicious Mexican food haha. Chicken enchiladas and Spanish rice yessiree. ^^^
*Drank a whole bunch of vodka while listening to 80's music on youtube. Foreigner was in there somewhere. Don't judge me!
*Skyped with some fabulous M.D.'ers.
*Drank a whole bunch more. Can't remember what I listened to that time around.
*Watched "Little Britain".
*Somehow it was 3 a.m. so I slithered into bed.
*Woke up 4 hours later and sie Oett is still on Skype with Mr. Viking while drinking a Caucasian (White Russian? Is there a difference?)
*Proceeded to watch Oett stand up from the computer...and then just lay down on the hardwood floor next to his desk and just pass out.

Pretty hardcore that guy. But being the quasi upstanding citizen I am, I dragged that punkin' to bed. Literally.

Now I'm having a Caucasian. Yeah!

For the most part just hung around home. The girlfriend did treat me to the liquor store for my impending birthday. Got a nice bottle of rye. It's awesome.

Started out the day with Irish coffee, then went.out and shoveled the 8 inches of snow we received overnight. We're supposed to get down to -25 F in the next few days with 40 MPH wind gusts.

All in all, it's a fine excuse to stay indoors cuddled up next to a case of vodka.

As for me, I'm dusting off a hangover with some coffee. Drank some Wild Turkey 101 last night. The stuff is hardcore. I used to put away handle after handle of it in college -- good times. Gonna hit the slopes in a few hours, and then drink more rum after. It should be an excellent day.

-30 F today, but 40 F by Saturday. This weather reminds me of Fairbanks, and not in a fond way. Best advice is to stay indoors, try not to freeze your pubes off and imbibe plenty of antifreeze in the form of strong, amber liquors.

It was great. Not too many people on the mountain since it was a Tuesday, and the weather was perfect.

Cruised down some groomed blues, my favored style of skiing -- don't care for the tumultuous powder, even though it seems to be all the rage.

The only complaint that could be had was that it was a little icy. We haven't had snow out here for a little while.

After a week of freezing at work the weekend is fast approaching. Things are finally looking up.

It was a rough day. Laid my grandmother to rest this afternoon, and drinking about it now.

Will be carrying my hangover onto a 5am flight tomorrow. Wish us luck.




I know we’re still effectively strangers, but I never met a proper drunk that wasn’t also immediately like family. Raise a glass for a comrade’s loss, if you will.
