I just wanted to come pay respects to the man again. Him and I only managed to sync up to skype a couple times, but he was a fascinating man (as much as I remember from those booze cruises!). I always admired his posts and his work here. Cheers to Palinka. Leave us some seats up at the bar up there in the sky. "Listen man, these stools are taken! My buddies SWEAR they just left!! I promise!"

Jesus turned water to wine, I'm sure there's a place for all of us there.

Just heard the news when I popped on to see what is what. I only met the man once but he opened his home to us drunkards as well as his bottles and tobacco. was a crazy weekend and one I will never forget. hope he is drinking with the best of them now where the booze is free and the hangovers are kind.

I feel like i'd have a lot in common with Palinka and would have like to drink with him through one. RIP
Hey Buzzcock, I wish you had one thing in common with him. He died. Fuck you.

Please be gentle to our fellow drunkards. Do you think Palinka would enjoy that? Sharing the same realm with him?
We have to bear this burden for a while to gain a few carefree years for them fallen comrades.

But it was a good one, nonetheless, I admit.
