FKR indeed cares, and as the only one with the admin keys to this place, then you HAVE to ask him for permission to reset your password in order to get back in. So you did it right. But just don't press the reset or forgot-my-password button in the first place.

I think it's when people are very/extremely protective of their online presence and make it difficult for themselves to get in. That's actually safer than just leaving all your passwords in the browser.
