I'm one kielbasa sausage over the line. I cooked 3 of them in Mexican lager and caramelized onions with a final topping of raw brine cured sauerkraut. It was very easy to consume but after the 2nd one I knew I would be pushing it. There was a side of cole slaw so that helped. It's resting quietly in my gut as of now while sipping on more beer. I'll go lighter next time with one less sausage.
Found myself in the Matrix and took the red pill. Now I want the blue pill and my bottle and leave me alone.

Yesterday in a nutshell:
Got schlizted early in the a.m.
Watched a bunch of Diner's, Drive-in's, and Dives episodes.
Ate a bunch of bacon and nothing else.
Took the kitten outside on a leash.
Played darts.
Saw Mistah Willies on Skype.
Mysteriously had pasta spilled all over myself.
Watched soft core German porn on TV before passing out. Oh JA!

I for the love of drink can`t picture you cooking. I`ll have to visit you one day and take pictures. Maybe a westcoast trip with DB and SavageLush City wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 10:36 pmI'm one kielbasa sausage over the line. ^^^ Seriously. Gotta work the day before and after to get that Holiday pay unfortunately. Or at least put in an appearance and work a few hours. I lean towards the least myself.
Today however was more fun. Ventured out to the Old Toad for lunch. Got to try a new beer-Rusty Rail imperial stout-really good stuff. Also had a really good three cheese grilled cheese for lunch.
Now back home for records and more beer.

3 cheese? Like a grilled cheese in cheese cheese? Approved by the international north american association for man/boy cheese lovers: IMAC

How's it going so far? I've got a whole week off! It's been Kessler, Kessler, Kessler. Tomorrow I'll have to emerge from my cave to get more Kessler. But I ain't gonna shower first. If someone complains of four odor emanating from me I'll just tell them I'm restoring my body's own natural skin oils.scream ale wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 12:33 pmOut of work early to start my 2 1/2 day weekend. Going well. Good dark beer, good whiskey, good music, good times. Hate to see it end so soon. Sounds like your having a ball. Cheers sir.Hugh wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2019 9:05 pmHow's it going so far? The sandwich was made with three cheeses: swiss, sharp cheddar and cranberry stilton. That's my memory and I'm sticking to it. The bread was sourdough but had seasoning that made it taste like garlic bread at least to me anyway. Twas a fine sandwich.

The cranberry stilton I have to say, sounds extraordinary.scream ale wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 7:07 amThe sandwich was made with three cheeses: swiss, sharp cheddar and cranberry stilton. I think many people underestimate the glory of a 3+ grilled cheese sandwich. I was telling Oett just the other day about a place in an old stomping ground that had a heavenly grilled 3 cheese panini consisting of fresh mozzarella, provolone, and asiago cheese. Oett was skeptical that a mere cheese sandwich could be anything out of the ordinary but oh...they can be.
When I make something similar at home I like to make it a Margherita and throw on some pesto and tomato. Maybe even some balsamic...why the hell not?
But the ultimate best old school simple grilled cheese is with Velveeta- hands down in my opinion. And my opinion is validated, as I am an official member of IMAC.

IMAC sounds like a mac and cheese lovers club. If it were so I'd be a member.
