Likewise, local distilleries are scrambling to make hand sanitizer as well as home cocktail kits with booze and mixers included.
As long as they don't get confused about what they're making. Hand sanitizer is usually made from rubbing alcohol. A swig of that will ruin your day.

It’s official, I am now infected with Guinnessvirus. I'm treating it with regular doses of Rum. This is all under the supervision of my personal physician, Dr. Scholls.
Better call in Dr. Hook, Dr. Pepper, Dr. Detroit, Dr. Phil and the Spin Doctors, stat.

The liquor store across the street not only has toilet paper - they have a lot of it. They sell it in single rolls, most of their clientele are the homeless that live in the alley behind them. They also have bread, but the owner was keeping it out in her car. She had to go out to get it for me. They had bananas, too, but they were looking pretty spotty so I passed.

The grocery store and the chain stores are still out of everything.

Lots of parking out there. People walking around with medical masks dangling on their chests. One crazy homeless woman babbling incoherently in a Filipina accent on the sidewalk.

I'm uploading a video that I shot yesterday in the alley behind my apartment. A jazz trumpeter was playing while a couple of homeless lounged nearby. I thought I uploaded it last night, but I was drunk and it isn't there. It's only a couple minutes long, but it's taking 2 hours to upload.

LOL...I was loaded last night too. Brahva and mezcal did the trick. The best part is that I had sex. OK I was alone but it still counts doesn't it?
Where the fuck am I and how did I get here?

Was it the hand sanitizer?

With the alcohol...

My doctor told me to go on home, at this point I am more virus than host.

It's fucking eerie out there. Now the ambulances aren't even running. Not a car, not a human voice, not even a screaming bum. The only thing I hear is the HVAC unit next door and the hard drive on my laptop. If I were alone deep in the forests of the Appalachians I'd at least be hearing millions of insects and frogs. Out here in this densely populated urban area - nothing.

Still gulping this sweet wine. This new laptop has me writing more crap. The keyboard has a new feel and sound to it that compels me to write more than I ever have before. And I've always had diarrhea of the word processor.

Hey - there goes an air ambulance to the hospital. Maybe somebody got shot.

It's getting to I feel like I can go cycling down the center lane of the 22 freeway here in OC. I'm actually quite tempted to do so. Just to say I did it.

Those guys in your vid are swapping a trumpet and a half pint? Damn.

This is beautiful dude. This 4 minutes speaks to humanity on a lot of levels: the homeless dude in his rags bonding with the musician in his suit, the impulse to create, the need to be around each other, to teach each other, all encompassed within the quiet and chaos of what our world is right now.

It's like watching society rebuild itself from the kernel of what we hopefully really are.

I think my serotonin levels are low because that was way more emotional than it should've been, haha.

Vodka and OJ it is.
