I wish I would have seen this post last night. I would have re added you. If you were removed by another participant, It had to have been by mistake. When very drunk people control complicated shit, things often get fucked up.

Later in the evening, well after you left, someone accidentally turned on the "share screen" feature. Since I am not very good at operating skype, I could not figure out how to turn it off, so we all just lived with it for about an hour.

Eventually, FKR started to speak another language and began to fade into a blissful blackout. In the process, he said his goodbyes and attempted to shut down his computer and go off to bed. It was then that we realized that he was the one who had activated the shared screen feature, so we were stuck with an image of his home screen and about 100 icons of various files and programs. I finally figured out how to remove him from the call and all was well.

I'm not sure how long I was on, but I witnessed Oett and AD go off to bed and eventually wake up to a new day.

It was very good to visit with everyone, both old friends and new. Skype might just be the only thing that keeps me from going mad during this fucking COVID lockdown shit.

I was especially glad to see you there Hugh. I hope you join us more often.

Are you guys Skyping every day now? I imagine everyone here is under some type of lockdown, stay at home, or quarantine order. I'm on vacation from work this week. Management offered to allow me to change my vacation date to some time after the lockdown is lifted, but I declined. This is actually the best time for me to be on vacation. I can't be tempted by the bars if all the bars are closed.
