Even non whiskey drinkers are impressed with Bushmill's black. It's not as dry and earthy as Scotch nor is it as sweet as Jameson. It's a lot closer to bourbon to suit Americans, so it sells.

I agree. Black label Bushmills is similar to bourbon. Nice and full bodied.

The fizzy tonic water we purchase from the mixer isle in any liquor store contains very little quinine. I say "FUCK SCHWEPPES!" Since we all have a little time on our hands, as well as access to the world wide web, I HIGHLY reccomend ordering Chinchona Bark from Amazon or Walmart, or wherever you can find it. Then, follow this recipe.

I like the lemongrass and a little orange peel, but I typically leave other herbal flavorings out.

As Mr Willie's stated, it will cure all your ills.

I'm drinking an "At Last", my most recent, and only, tiki drink recipe. It's just a rum punch, but I'm pretty damn proud of it because it's actually good and I feel like I made it up.

I'm a pro-wrestling head, so I'm going to be watching the Viceland documentary series, "Dark Side of the Ring" tonight. They're doing the Benoit murders tonight, so I thought I'd watch while making chicken fettuccine alfredo.
