This has been a 3-day heat wave in L.A. with temps in the mid 80's on the coast. Thankful the days are sill short and the heat only lasts for short while.I like seasons so it will be back to normal tomorrow.

When weather gets nasty and impenetrable it's important to be stocked up on booze beforehand. Stockpiling food isn't a bad idea either.

You are a typical acclimated Californian whether relocated or native. But maybe you should check your weather insulation for drafts. I'm comfortable in room temp. 64F. with warm clothes on. Saves my ancient HVAC compressor a lot of work and a smaller energy bill.

This is the best weather of the year in SoCal but you can't go out to enjoy it because you have to stay home. The result I'm drinking more and enjoying it less while getting more and more pissed off. So, I smoke more weed and I survive another day.
