I'd also choose starvation. Hey, Gandhi made it cool.
Don't worry. We're in no hurry.

Re: Random food stuffs
To prove my devotion to SPAM, last weekend I prepared ahead of time some SPAM musubi for some drunken snacks. Basically it's a SPAM sushi "nigiri" for those of you drunks that don't know. I fried some in a soy sauce and oyster sauce blend, and the rest in teriyaki sauce. Then I used the empty can to smash down and form the rice. Truthfully it kind of was a royal pain in the ass to make. I can't believe almost every restaurant and gas station all throughout the Hawaiian islands always have these in significant abundance for purchase. There must be one designated person at every establishment who just makes the hell out of these all day because Hawaiians walk around eating them like mainland American's do with handheld carnival foods and like German's walking around eating random breads.
They came out pretty good for my first try...almost as good as the real thing. I was a bit surprised that oett even liked them. (These in the photo are not mine, this is from Wiki.) Don't be intimidated or grossed out, drunkards! Despite their appearance, they really are delicious!

So these wacky Germans have a thing called "curry wurst". Yeah...it's exactly what you think it is. Bratwurst with a curry-ketchup sauce on it. Pretty much wanted to hurl just thinking about such a concoction. Had it once and it was meh but to be fair, the one I had was frozen.
I haven't seen it at Mickey D's because I never looked for it but here it is just so y'all know it's seriously a thing.
Yay or nay?

Spicy sausage could be good. To be fair I've never had curry anything. I'm sure Mickey D's fucked it up royally. I say nay to that.

Even the German doesn't like it.
So never had Indian food? I think every Indian dish probably has a bit of curry in it.scream ale wrote: ↑Sat Apr 17, 2021 11:29 amSpicy sausage could be good. To be fair I've never had curry anything. I'm sure Mickey D's fucked it up royally. I say nay to that.
I love Indian food but curry is not my favorite spice. Especially on a bratwurst. With ketchup. It's just not a match for me. That's like putting mustard ON your eggs. Oh wait...Germans do that too. Never tried it, but maybe it's like a different version of our deviled eggs?

Two Yay or Nay's this week, both items from McDonald's in another country. The other one can be found in the Oh Sammich glory, and where to find 'em thread.
A Mickey D's potato pie... would you eat it?
