Book: Beer & Food

Post by Frankennietzsche »

Full title Beer & Food: An American History by Bob Skilnik.

I received this book this weekend from my sister. It looks pretty cool. The front says that it contains over 90 recipes, and some of these are old recipes (by American standards.) So, it's mostly a history book on the relationship in American "culture" between beer and food with a bunch of recipes thrown in.

Yep, Skilnik is a good writer, and I posted an article from his site this morning. http://beerinfood.wordpress.com/ Looking forward to your review of his book.
