I explain: just like super heroes, we hide our true face behind the avatar (well, some of us do, my avatar is simply a picture of me), so, are you confident enough to show your real drunkard face to the world, and if not, why? Some super vilains after you maybe?

My avatar is me, sat in a London pub not too far from Westminster Abbey. Not far from the Charing Cross tube station, if I recall correctly.

Mrs. Me took the pic. We popped in because her feet hurt and she needed to dull the pain a bit.

I go by Illiniwek online because, well, I'm from Illinois. And the word can be traced back to meaning "one who speaks plainly", so I like that.
