What's in your flask?

Post by 5-Star »

Jim Beam White in mine at the moment, I wasn't sure about it at first but I think bourbon may be growing on me. Is the black label worth the extra dollar?

Absolutely.

But, there are better Bourbons available for the money. Give me a price range, and I'll give you my recommendations.

Price isn't as much of a factor as availability. The liquor store within stumbling distance of my house has Beam White, Beam Black and Wild Turkey, if I go to another store in the area with amazing selection I can get all of those and Makers Mark.

I just saw your location. Ouch, man. Can booze be delivered by mail in Canada? If so, perhaps shopping online might be your best option.

Of the 4 you can get, I'd say Maker's and Beam Black, then WT101.

I'm pretty sure you can't order liquor by mail, but I will check it out. It's really hard to find overproof stuff here too, they only have the 80 proof Wild Turkey in most places.

Beam Black used to be in my flask at all times, but now it's Evan Williams black label. OW107 is my favorite, though.
Drink your fucking drink, how about that? Stop the fuckin' presses, isn't it genius??

I seriously hope you all are paying attention to this fella. I heard he just got accepted to Harvard...

Jameson in the 16 glass flask, sailor jerry in the 8 ounce steel one.

WT101, and ivan, why put Beam Black ahead of the 101? That's a bold move.

Jameson most likely, or some blended scotch. Whiskey in any case.
The last thing that anyone should ever do is feel ashamed of blacking out. You were trying to get drunk last night and, goddamnit, mission accomplished.
