Important note, you gotta ask for at least four fingers of booze with the little ones.

3rd grade, 8 years old, my son's compound word for the week in class -cocktail. Luckily the teacher likes me.

The last Saturday in April...

The Clan's gather in northern MI for the 2nd most sacred of weekends. [not including NASCAR at MIS]

Opening Weekend of Trout Season.

Cribbage, Old Fashioneds and funny plastic pants to walk around the river in.

The children are taught 3 things - how to properly muddle and mix an Old Fashioned, count cribbage and drive a stick shift.

With proper instruction and supervision, the little buggers can make a fine cocktail.
fuck em man, it ain't easy walkin the righteous path.

My dad taught me to mix drinks as a kid. Later, I found out I had been instructed in a very heavy pour.....I remember when I was a freshman in college I went to a party and a guy made me a rum and coke....for a moment I thought he forgot to the rum in. In reality, Dad's proportions were about right on, when it comes to canonical booze law....the college scene was just full of a bunch of lightweights.

Isn't it amazing how many supposedly real drinkers come out of college wit ni idea how mix a decent cocktail or pour even the basic mixed drinks?
Going to happy hour and not drinking is like going to an orgy and masturbating. You just took a great idea and turned it into a circle jerk. -Sixpack595

Mayhem, what really makes those pics is the look on his face of a job well done. You can;t teach that kinda pride.
