Howdy there, and welcome. I'll have a Hendrick's on the rocks with a slice of cucumber if you don't mind, with a handle of Dickel back.

As the local "Ambassador of Good Cheer", I give you a hearty SF welcome to the board. Junipero Martini, up & dry, with two olives please.
Cheers!
Drink calls to Drink, so our depth will only be judged by our glasses. PM me and we'll hella guzzle at a location near you.

Anchor Steam on tap is the best beer I've ever tasted. Outta the bottle...not so much. I'll take a pitcher of the Steam and a shot of Dickel. Sorry to be greedy, but I'm still thirsty. Welcome!

Ah! And the 'Steam is worth the price of the Dickel. Thanks for the props! True--bottle is shite compared to the tap if the CO2 is on par. Bottle's second best, but most beers are better on tap.Cliffie S. Bockerson wrote:Anchor Steam on tap is the best beer I've ever tasted. Outta the bottle...not so much. Beyond the Empire of California and the Free State of the S.F. Bay Area, my favorite is Andech's Duppel Bock. One can get it in bottles in and around Munich, but it's shite compared to the tap at the gasthaus right at the base of the Heilige Berg Andechs (and the brewery).

Always nice to see another Bay resident added to the troops around here.
Extra dry Junipero martini for me as well, please. Finally a new guy who I can be confident in that he knows how to mix a proper martini.
