Re: I'm an idiot
I concur with your inebrio-ethics, Ivan. You're of a fine character, but I've expressed that opinion before. However, I think it comes down to the character of the candy store itself. Are they "mom & pops" by their living? Or are they shrewd suits smoking your dollar? Because when it comes to the l...

Trader Joe's Vintage Dark Ale (Unibroue dark) and Blackthorn cider. Tart and a tad bitter, but with a good creaminess at a 2/3 to 1/3 ratio.

It might not have been that dinner; most likely it was another time, but we were at the same deli pulling Bud Ice 40s out a fridge when some other random customer stops us. "HO!" he says. "Ho ... You know that ain't no malt liquor, right?" We pointed him to the ABV and he was like, "Oh, ok ok, I se...

Wild Turkey 101 101 Proof $$ A mouthful (and noseful) of charred oak barrel flavor, the sweetness of the corn is whisked away by a carrier takeoff-worthy afterburn. Just wait for the part when the valet turns into a Rottweiller with a 454 Magnum and kills a mountain lion with a bow when it's not looking.FNZ wrote:How come there is a "valet for parking" if everybody is getting dropped off by a limo? Does not compute.

There's a reason there was a Whiskey Rebellion--Rye drove a significant portion of Pennsylvannia's burgeoning enconomy. MD still makes Pikesville, which is quite tasty even if it isn't a strong as the Revoluntionary-era stuff.
