Re: This Hangover...
I've been having delayed hangovers lately. I wake up perfectly fine but four hours later the headache and stomach issues arrive. Fucking weird. And annoying.

I do perfectly hear you. I believe those are the first "Spring hangovers". The partynights are more enjoyable in May-June than in February-March and maybe waking up to a blue sky make the first hours more serene.scream ale wrote: ↑Sun Jun 05, 2022 10:25 amI've been having delayed hangovers lately. You`re still drunk when you wake up. Start guzzling the fine spirits early and you`ll prevail
Drink!

Rule 16 in the Updated 86 Rules.
If you're hangover seems fun, you're still drunk.

I feel grand and gracious! Not even hangovered.
Re: This Hangover...
Not hungover because I woke up still drunk. Going to drink a glass of EW BIB, take a few hits off a joint and go back to bed

Well myself I spoke a little too fast. Got back on my barhoping trail from last night and had a few recovery pints. Got home and slept. Now I just woke up and feel terrible lol.
Re: This Hangover...
I`m also on the "still drunk train". I`m building on it with morning cocktails
Drink!

Hangover is fairly mild, head feels like it is filled with cotton and have very slight nausea. Nothing that espresso, massive amounts of water, and a vitamin B complex can't fix.

Re: This Hangover...
My head was hungeth over this morning, not severely though enough to remind of it’s presence. Followed up coffee and a sturdy regimen of bong hits with bacon, eggs, toast and mixed greens, which was in turn followed by a couple leisurely Weller 107s on the patio. The breeze and the intake of a little fresh liquor help to air out that smell of ashtrays and stale booze from the previous evening.

Interesting Badfellow, how do you like Wellers 107? Does Wellers live up to the hype? Really hard to find it around here.

Re: This Hangover...
7:45 PM here and despite having a hearty meal and a nap, I still haven't recovered from yesterdays drunk. I drank for about 15 hours straight yesterday. How stupid. Will not be drinking anything tonight. Fuck.
Re: This Hangover...
I call that "neutralization." It usually happens to me when I either mix different hard liquors or drink too fast.
Don't worry. We're in no hurry.
