I'm I the only one who noticed this "homeless" guy has a cellphone.
I think its really Joe12pack.

This guy is a plagiarist. There was a homeless person who panhandled in Fells Point, Baltimore with the same M.O. and I've seen him for at least five years or so.

Nonetheless, I'd be more likely to slip him a buck than the ubiquitous "Vietnam veteran".

He's lying to get the sympathy of the drinking crowd. He's probably going to use the money on something frivolous like food or soap.
