Ok, today I'm at a crossroads. I've been up drinking for twenty hours and I've hit a junction point. I have a concert to go to tonight. Do I try and nap now or do I officially call it a bender and start hitting all the fenceposts?

i did this about a week ago and i decided to forego the nap (probably the better decision) but i chose caffiene pills to stay awake. bad idea. just stay awake and forget the caffiene or effedrine (spelling?)
