In the area I live there is a retarded law under which you cannot sell beer and wine/liquor in the same store. Beer can be sold on Sundays however!
So, as a result we see giant beer stores scattered around, such as one near me called Half-time selling 1000+ different brews. There is a wine/liquor store that sells nothing else and is the size of a grocery store. Speaking of grocery stores, they sell beer, however typically just half an aisle or so, limiting the selection....
This makes it difficult to find a large selection without going to one of these specialty shops, the type of place that charges $9 for World Wide Stout and gets it, no prob.
Stupid laws.
