Strange News From South Korea...
...It has been alledged that Soju is the World's most popular booze!?! I don't buy into this story. Surely Vodka, Gin, Scotch, Brandy, Rum and Bourbon (the classics), must beat this upstart (which tastes pretty awful, if the bottle I had is anything to go by (tasted like mushrooms well past their "use by" date). Discuss...

That's a new one to me. Would seem very odd for a drink with such little marketing muscle (as far as I know?) to be so popular.
