Got a batch of writing assignments all of a sudden. Not paying much at all, but after a period of twiddlin' my thumbs (such peculiar objects) it seems that i'm back in the game. Even a couple of interviews in the pipeline. Unlikely that it'll lead to anything great, but it keeps me going.

There are currently two things on my mind;

1) The problem with owning scotch is that you quickly revert to owning an empty bottle and not owning scotch. It's 2:40pm and I'm almost in the latter situation. The nearest bottle shop is a 30min walk away. Do I walk up there and get more, or steal/borrow my neighbors scotch under the pretense that I'll remember to replace it later (it's a false pretense as I'll almost certainly forget)?

2) I should write an erotic novel. Perhaps set under the sea. I'd call it "Diving Deep".

They all do that when you watch them. My trick: play the busy guy and complain you won't have enough time to do all the work you've got in front of you. The clock will instantly react by going faster. Little bitchofclockofshit they all are.
