I lost over 60 pounds in 18 months to get back to my athlete weight of yesteryears just by moving my fat ass some. Don`t feel much better though, only staircases aren`t the most evil enemy anymore. And I don`t sweat that much anymore standing in line at the store or agency. Still not build for a marathon and will never be. Definitely won`t change my liquid or solid nutrition. I can only imagine how much diets must suck.

I very rarely bother with food. Although, soup is ok (especially with added booze).
