Finishing off the last of this goddamb Tecate, will probably get to the last couple of cans of Rolling Rock, too. Never again will those beers sit in my refrigerator. Will definitely be pouring the Gran Legacy whiskey tonight - right from the get go, too. Got another rejection for my book, but this was from a publisher who had asked to see it. For the last three months I allowed myself to think I was really going to get a book deal until I got the reject a few minutes ago. I've had many, many rejects over the last couple of years, but this one really stung.

The bender continues with PBR. Will of course be pouring the whiskey later tonight. I think my method of sipping a separate glass of whiskey and a can of beer is better than a boilermaker. BTW, what's the difference in an Irish Car Bomb and a Boilermaker? They sound the same to me.

a boilermaker can be anything but is usually some sort of whiskey and lager

an Irish car bomb is specifically Irish whiskey and Irish cream dropped in Guinness.... I assume actually any Irish stout would do..

Going to do the Franzia Chillable Red again tonight. It's the last night of my vacation/bender. I get four vacations a year, and everytime I get one I vow that I will write up a storm, but this is the first time in years I've actually done it. I probably have about 30 submissions out right now, and I'll get out a few more tonight.

Dreading going to work tomorrow, though. This has been a hell of a bender. I'll probably be weak and shaky as hell tomorrow.
