I have rediscovered Alka-Seltzer, now in lemon-lime flavor. It is now on my daily nutritional list.

So broke at the moment I'm down to drinking the Beast....Ice.

Meh, I never claimed to be a beer snob...

It's beer-like.
How you set for smokes? You need a care package?
Need a Pall Mall honey?

YES! Am down to my last Pall Mall, honey...
Dh has been rolling gambler for the past couple days just so he could buy me a last pack of (factory rolled) smokes. Gonna smoke my last one shortly...

Some days I can almost imagine the fabulous riches we'd have if we didn't smoke and drink...

And then I realize: What good would those fabulous riches be if we didn't smoke or drink?

Just found today that I will be flying out to England-land in about 2 weeks for a work trip. Will be there for a month or so. So hurrah!

I've been having a muscle spasm in my left eyelid off and on all day today. Is that bad?

In general, or specifically today? I think I drink enough most days, but haven't started yet today since I have to take my car to the shop in a bit. Driving = No Drinking till I get home. But the damn twitch comes and goes every 5 minutes or so. I should time it.

Eat more bananas. They are high in potassium and a lack of potassium can cause eye twitches.

Agreed. I used to always have low levels of potassium and I got eye twitches among other things. Now I take supplements and I don't have a problem.

Best thing about Houston is the bar at the Hobby Holiday Inn. 2 healthy shots of Maker's and 2 16 oz Buds for $15.

Other than that...
