I've been greatly busy and I find myself in bit of a dilemma here. Thing is that I got a job and I'm working my ass off, BUT the paycheck will be landing just like week before this drinking to excess takes place. I'll try and see if someone around the hoods is willing to lend me the money for time being someday soon. For now I'll be working double hours and drinking cheaper liquer.

Bur, the Manchester one was messy but impressive, if you can make it at all I strongly recommend it. Shame none of us have a massive farm or something so we could all just party for cheap.

Maybe next year we look for a cheap local festival to camp at and drink, I know a decent one near me that's £30 for the weekend and the bar serves until 4AM. Just booze for thought.

Flight times are retarded and I'd have to pay 300+ just to get there hotel and drinking to top of that will make it a weekend I can't afford.

It is literally down the road from the one Shane's found, a single is £78 for the Friday and Sturday, a twin is 98 and a triple (!) is £138.

I'm planning on booking a single tomorrow night but I'll wait in case anyone else wants in.

No idea how good it is (which obviously is the advantage of Shane's as you know what you are getting).

How many of us are there by the way? I know there's me, Boozy, Kowalski and Shane's. Anyone else?

I've got my train tickets too and their are open arrival and open return so I can be there anytime and leave whenever suits us best.

I can't speak for others, but would be fine with whatever anyone books providing it is local to my room. Which it is.

We know that we have four. I think we have to go with that unless others manage to commit. Hopefully others can come, but we can only wait and see.

Since I only have an hour's travelling to be concerned about, I'm happy to arrive by noon. That way, people can phone/text me and I can give them directions based on whatever pub I choose to base myself in.

Forgrt my earlier post, I am now fully booked, got a train ticket and a 2 night hotel room. Now I just need to get into training for what I anticipate will be a true lost weekend.

That's alright. The next CCC, though, can be held in your country. It'll probably happen in early 2012, so it can be planned around issues such as childcare and redheads.

Commentary and pictures are a must. My hotel has wireless internet, so updates will come whenever we are not in the pubs. They might not make sense, but you'll get it.
