Back in the day. the Reds bullpen was not to be messed with. Our pitchers were FEARED. I remember when Pedro Bourbone ( the heart of the bullpen) was in his prime he bit the ear off a dude in a bar in Northern Kentucky, and that was on a play night.

Interestingly enough, not only did they tear down that old building (the old papermill), but they also tore down the building across the street in which I lived. They tried for 12 years to run me out of that place and realized if they didn't tear the thing down they would have to exorcise me from the shithole. Ah, but it was fun while it lasted, a big building with me as the only tenant, wallpapered the whole place in empty PBR 30 pack containers. I left a fridge without a handle full of rotting fish and a bathroom full of deadly black mold. They had to call in a haz mat team. They had to bring in grief counselors for the construction crew that tore the place down.
