Hey, just because other people have old-school Sailor Jerry style tattoos, shouldn't stop anyone getting one, can always get a good artist to put a new twist on what is fast becoming a 'standard'.
Myself, i really like a lot of the old-school artwork, and i fully intend on getting some like that in the not too distant future.
Call it cliche if you like, but you get 'em for yourself to enjoy, not anyone else.

Uhhh...huh, huh...
I think the main reason I haven't gotten tattooed is because of my father. He got 6 of them when he was in the Navy back in the late 40's, and by the time I showed up, they turned into blue blobs on his arms. I didn't even know they were tats until I was around 7-8 yrs. old. And it wasn't real popular in the mid 80's as it is now. I went for the earrings, parachute pants, with a mullet(before they were called mullets) look.

I always like the Poison girl. A picture is worth a thousand words.
Earlie Cuyler: Allow me to explain the contamination process. Pine cones go in here, party liquors comes out here and proceed to here.

Earlie Cuyler: Fights begin, finger prints are took, days is lost, bail is made, court dates are ignored, cycle is repeated.
