cop troubles

Post by Scarblaze »

Hi,all.Story's like this.
We went to the park to smoke a j in the sun.Everybody was smoking and drinking, playing bongos and shit.
Then two cops followed us and the male pulled the arm of a buddy back and bruised him because he was smoking a cigarette! They searched us and we had to give our adresses.I had 300 euro in my pocket and the cop said:"That's a lot of money you're carrying around!"But i had a receipt for it.He thought it was dealing money.Well,i had nothing on me.The other dude had a few crumbs of weed with him.He could have to pay 100,-for that.Come on!
They said they watch playgrounds and schools especially.
Tell about your encounters with the boys in blue.

I feel your pain. My criminal record is entirely victimless and alcohol-related.

I was out in Arizona last year and and got pulled over on the highway doing 120mph. But I showed the officer a little leg and gave him some Evan Williams and he let me go.
I'll miss you, pallie.

This one time I was interrogated for being in a fight while blacked out (I lost). The interrogator was alright.
The last thing that anyone should ever do is feel ashamed of blacking out. You were trying to get drunk last night and, goddamnit, mission accomplished.

I just ran into some cop trouble. I had drank all of the beer left in my fridge (8 yeunglings) when I decided I wanted more. So, I naturally grab my wallet, put on my shoes, and head out to walk to the store (10-15 minute walk). I took my beer with me (dumb, but hey, I'm not drunk right?).

I get to the road right next to my apt. complex, and there are the fucking COPS! I totally wasn't expecting them to be so close to home, and I instinctively reacted by ditching the beer bottle. This was stupid, as they immediately turn on their lights and step out of their car.

Long story short, I argue with them about not being drunk, and get hit with a public intoxication charge, a littering charge (for the bottle), and a resisting arrest charge. All petty bullshit that's just going to cost me money, but god DAMN those fuckers! What were the odds of them deciding to patrol my apt. complex right when I was walking to the store?

ARGH!

Well, one time at school my friend Tom and I got into the sauce and the ganj a bit and decided to blow one of the seemingly indestructible dining hall bowls with a bunch of fireworks. En route, I threw a bottle to a lower terrace, smashing it to pieces. This was the Achilles' Heel of the night as that attracted the real attention. So we go out behind the dorm building and attempt very unsuccessfully to blow up the bowl, filming it the while. But we weren't just filming on any tape, no, we filmed on a tape that was chock full of hours of drunken and/or stoned exploits of mostly Tom and our friends. So we come back from behind the dorm room basically as suspiciously and conspicuously as possible and are greeted by a couple members of the campus security. Tom had the wherewithal to rewind the tape to the beginning and start recording, though he only ended up erasing about half of it.

I got dismissed and subsequently dispatched to transport a number of sensitive materials to my and others' rooms and lock up the rest while he was escorted back to campus security. His girlfriend massively overreacted, all sobbing and hair-pulling (fortunately hers, not mine). The end result was a couple weeks of investigation that saw him get six months' probation and twenty hours community service, a number of others on the tape (those who remained at school, that is) got many forms of punishment ranging from probation, more if lighter community service, and various other punishment. Me? I was charged to write an essay about what I had done. I never did write the essay, but I somehow wheedled my way into a probationary period which length lasted not further than the end of summer vacation.

i was in providence RI, a state i'm no longer welcome, and i was drinking. a lot. i was at a house party where they had bands and kegs and bottles and i was drinking everclear. i thought i was in a house that i usually party at, when in fact i had been transported across town. well, i decided i needed some more smokes, and ditched out the door without telling anyone. not that i usually have to tell people where im going, but i didnt live in providence, and am kind of a wandering drunk. so, i leave, thinking i know where the corner store is, when i realize im in the wrong part of town. so i start stumbling. not kicking things, not yelling at people, not throwing bottles, just stumbling. two cops stop me, ask me a series of questions, and after a number of them, place me in handcuffs and announce that we are all going to go to the providence city jail for protective custody.

thats when i fucked up.

they tell me we are going to the jail, and with handcuffs on and behind my back, i inform them "you'rrree goin haff ta catch me firssst" and then didnt move. one of em decked me right in jaw, i hit the pavement, split my lip, and we went down to the jail. well, the problem was, no one knew that i had even left the party, i didnt have enough bail money on me, and since they dont let you stay in the jail for longer than one night and this was a friday, i got to spend a weekend at the medium security prison, Adult Corrections Institute of Cranston RI. 20 miles away, and no one knew i was there. awesome.
