Ran out of beer (courtesy to an unexpected visit from a buddy earlier), so I fixed a tall Plymouth gin and tonic. Got fancy and tossed a slice of lemon in it, too. Cheers!

Gave a shot at a Greek gin, called Votanikon. Quite a lot of herbs in it for my palate, but with some tonic and a couple of ice cubes, (and after two glasses), it does a great job at fighting off the damn heatwave.
