Hittin' the dregs

Ran out of beer about an hour ago. Then I made a ...'G&T'... from Gin, bubbly water & lemon juice. Now I'm on to the various wierd bannana & ice-cream flavoured things that the wife has around the place.

Anyone else scraping the barrell?

Edit- just mixed fizzy water, bannana liquer & a nasty cheap supermarket TJD-alike. Oh err......

When you wake up and on the stove is the empty bottle to the months old cheap ass vermouth (that was mostly full last night) that you had apparently finished off after the other booze ran out and don't remember, there's some "hitting the dregs."

First heard of MadDog when I joined MDM. Been hunting it down ever since. The only fortified wines in my local Tesco or Lidl are fucking Sherry's. It sucks because it's so cheap I know I should buy it, but it's so nasty I feel like my soul will die if I do. I've drunk nasty shit before, but sherry is just.... indescribable....
