Had a perfect day well stocked with booze. No need to leave for anything. Had a prime rib steak for lunch with a salad and drinks all afternoon. Dinner was incredible. Took 4oz. angel hair pasta to a boil for 4min. Drained it over a colander with about 10 quartered artichoke hearts right out of the can. Dumped it on my plate and assaulted it with a massive scoop of pesto and mixed it. Out of this world! Now I'm ready for the rack having my last drinks on a great Sunday.

What a late post today. The last few nights turned into drunken mornings so I had to recoup some sleep today.

After getting up around 2 p.m. I had to go to the shitter four freaking times. When I was finally empty and watched my team loose on the DVR it was alreasy 5:30. I`m done cooking late night dinner now, it`s 9 p.m.
What a busy day doing nothing really.

I got drunk atleast, mission accomplished so far

I try to stay in shape somewhat. I run and occasionly lift weights.
How does my body thank me? My knee seems to be shot. I don`t know what it is but it probably needs an MRI.
In germany you have wait around six months for an appointment for that stuff.
Should I just wait it out and see it falls apart comepletely or go to the doctor? I`m torn just like my meniscus.
