The Good
Made more money during the shutdown than I did working.
Spent time with family.
Got in a lot of fishing (it was still allowed and i could smack fuckers with my rod if the got too close)
Wife loved the fishing.
Garden never looked better

The Bad
Now that we are back to work making more money than shutdown but only because of the copious amount of OT
Wife caught it and was down for a month( daughter and I were lucky and did not)

Got the Janssen vaccine Tuesday morning at a city vaccination site. The Janssen is the one-n-done shot, no going back for a booster shot. Out of the dozen or so people within earshot of me, every one of them got the Janssen shot.

I started noticing side effects that night, and the next day it was so bad I thought I would have to miss work. However, by Thursday all the side effects were gone.
