The mayor of Minneapolis enacted a law requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing within 72 hours for all bars and restaurants in the city. While the mayor argues he has the power to do so under emergency measures, a coalition of bar and restaurant owners are arguing otherwise and have filed a lawsuit purporting that he circumvented legislative procedure.

Interesting situation. Should know more by Monday when it hits the judge’s bench.

I’m not anti-vax by any means, but I am anti-government getting up too much in the average citizen’s ass. Or as Thomas Jefferson posed more eloquently "That government is best which governs least". The trend of treating unvaccinated people as second class citizens is a slippery slope and sets a dangerous precedent.
