I'm at 3.

I'm at 1 and a half. One was full-blown jail where I had to see a judge for a trial. The second was just a drunk tank that I had to live in for a few hours so I wouldn't hurt myself.

I’ve been 86ed from Denny’s before, and let me tell you it is no easy feat. They let the drunkest of slobs in after dark, just so long as they have the means to pay for their dreadful respite.

2 nights in the drunk tank and 14 days in county waiting for a trial on public drunkenness and public urination.
See I was drunk as hell and couldn't find my hotel key. I had to piss really bad so I did what any clever, drunken problem solver would do. Hopped in the elevator in the lobby and rode it all the way to the 25th floor. Had a really nice piss on the way up too. Cops were called because the nosey fuckers had cameras on the elevators. The cops ran my name and since I had an unpaid parking ticket or three I went to lock up.
Trial date hits and I get ....time served on all charges and the fines for the tickets. 14 days wiped away 2700 bucks give or take.
