I knead bread with my hands, but I occasionally cheat and whip up mayo with a blender. Mostly just a whisk, though; though you should always whip eggs with a salad fork. The annoying thing is, that it keeps so poorly. The mayo, I mean. So it is much easier to buy it at the market. Best Foods only, of course. I had to explain to Grumpy today how to check if eggs are still good.
