and no, not the WASP song, even though that was cool too.

Altough I always get their names confused with each other these two shows were great and quite gritty for their respective times:
Crime Story. My favorite of the Michael Mann productions.

Even though they had that one big season ending kill-off, I thought that the show kept it's integrity and most of its intensity for the duration. I am a big fan of Yaphet Koto and his enormous noggin.Mayhem wrote:I was a big fan of Homicide: Life on the Streets the first couple of seasons.

That guy was in that Boomarang movie with Eddy Murphy. He played an ad executive with his mind constantly in the gutter.martini wrote:sonovabitch. you have no idea how many times i've described these two shows two people and was reprimanded in a very informal manner. i thought maybe i was blacked out and made this shit up. holy shit. thank you for validating weekly 80's action.TheBigCasino wrote:Automan, now that was a show, greatest american hero too, anyone remember Manimal?

Anyone remember Stingray, or Riptide.
Automan was cool too. Desi Arnez Jr was the lead in that. I don't know who played the Automan part though.
Manimal is the guy who plays Austin Power's boss in that series of movies. Dude could turn into a panther, or an eagle... or was it a hawk?
Anybody remember Bigfoot and Wildboy?
Oh, and then there was that time on the Six Million Dollar Man met Bionic Bigfoot! That was cool.
I could go on about this shit all night.
