I commiserate with you poor fellows across the pond. It was picked up by Cartoon Network here in the states, and airs Mon-Thurs if I'm not mistaken. It's actually been awhile since I've actually flipped on the Teevee for anything besides the World Poker Tour on the travel channel, so that may not be accurate. In any case, I think that's about as compelling an argument as you'll find for a satellite system.

Hey Mick, if you like the WPT, you should check out ESPN's coverage of the World Series of Poker. Airs Tuesday nights from 8-10. Basically the same thing, but covers the whole tourney (in 1 hour weekly doses) and highlights one table a week. Get to see best players and covers tons of action, and even gives you percentages for who is statistical favorite to win each hand at any given time.
